• Rates are applicable 3 days prior and 3 post the meeting dates, although guestrooms are subject to availability.
• Early check-out charges will be applied (up to the full amount of the night) for departure dates not changed at the time of check-In.
• Late check-out can be approved by Front Desk on day of departure and may incur additional charges.
• WiFi in guest rooms is included.
• Please make sure to be registered to the meeting when reserving your hotel room. As of September 15, 2023 we require delegates to register to the meeting within 48 hours after room booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Guest rooms can be cancelled without penalty until 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 room night plus taxes.
• You need to cancel your room directly with the hotel to receive reimbursement
